Описание

Обязанности:
  • Организационная и административная поддержка команды консультантов и менеджеров
  • Планирование встреч, организация звонков и бронирование переговорных комнат
  • Подготовка презентаций, документов и отчетов (в PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ведение документооборота, оформление заявок и внутренних согласований
  • Поддержка при планировании командировок и оформлении расходов
  • Взаимодействие с клиентами, партнёрами и внутренними подразделениями EY
  • Участие в организации внутренних мероприятий и обучающих сессий
Требования:
  • Высшее образование
  • Опыт работы в административной или проектной роли от 1 года (желательно в международной компании)
  • Владение английским языком на уровне Intermediate и выше
  • Уверенные навыки работы с MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Высокий уровень ответственности, организованности и внимания к деталям
  • Коммуникабельность, дипломатичность и умение работать с конфиденциальной информацией
