s16vc is a Founders-for-Founders venture fund. We are backed by over 150 founders and operators, including the people behind Miro, Wolt, Bolt, Zalando, HuggingFace, Datadog, and many more. With their help, we’re building the kind of fund we wished we had on the other side of the table when raising ourselves.

What that means in practice:

• Most of the partners at s16vc are founders themselves and remain active in their companies.
• There’s no wall between our LPs and portfolio founders.
• We commit within ~21 days of first meeting or reject quickly with honest feedback.
• An s16vc partner is on 100% of founder calls.
• We don’t impose help — but once a founder asks, we treat the request as our own.

The Role

What You’ll Do

• Collecting, analyzing, and structuring information

• Coordinating with fund administrators to keep accounting records up to date

• Tracking projects and reporting deadlines

• Maintaining the system of records, including invoices and fund/deal documentation

• Managing vendor relationships, credit cards, reimbursements, invoice payments, and bank accounts

• Supporting the monthly update of the budget file

• Assisting with the quarterly portfolio valuation process and LP reporting

• Executing transfers and liaising with internal stakeholders to complete various tasks

• Maintaining CRM systems

• Assisting with ad-hoc LP requests related to capital calls, commitments, compliance, tax, and other matters

• Communicating with third-party advisors on tax and compliance reporting and providing support during audit season

• Identifying inefficiencies and optimizing/automating recurring processes

• Supporting the fund team with a variety of ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of prior work experience, ideally with a finance or economics background in international company

• Сuriosity about startups/VC

• Diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup (European time zone, CET±2)

• Strong people skills
