✨ About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher who can deeply analyze user behavior, uncover growth opportunities, and transform findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the design and product teams. You will help the company understand how users perceive the product, map their journey, identify friction points, and shape a user-centric strategy that improves experience and increases conversion.
📝 Tasks
- Conducting in-depth interviews (in Russian, English, and other languages as needed), including candidate selection and guide creation
- Creating Personas based on interview results
- Conducting user experience (CX/UX) reviews and creating CJM (Customer Journey Maps)
-Creating mind maps of product perception: collecting and interpreting user expectations, identifying discrepancies with real experience
- Monitoring and analyzing user feedback and support requests: systematizing pains, insights, and identifying growth points
- Creating wireframes in Figma (not final UI, but conceptual visualization of solutions)
- Interacting with the design team: conveying redesign requirements, ensuring that design concepts are aligned with research insights, UX-mentoring
- Working with Google Analytics, A/B tests, participating in generating and testing hypotheses
- Structuring research findings and presenting insights to cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing)
📩 Requirements
- Experience in conducting UX research and in-depth interviews
- Skills in analyzing user data, building CJM, and creating personas
- Ability to formulate product hypotheses and test them through A/B tests
- Proficiency in Figma (at the wireframe creation level)
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics systems
- Understanding of localization principles and the specifics of local markets
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken, not lower than C1)
- Fluent oral and written Russian
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive
⭐️ Will Be a Plus
- Experience in UX Writing: participation in writing or editing interface texts, microcopy, onboarding, errors
- Knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.)
- Experience working with products for a global audience
- Experience adapting products for local markets
