In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and representing NOV Digital Services as a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the CIS region, ensuring trust and satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning NOV’s solutions to their goals. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up to drive growth. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal departments. Deliver presentations and negotiate agreements that strengthen customer partnerships. Use CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track market activity. Support regional strategy by providing feedback, identifying emerging trends, and sharing insights from the field. Represent NOV Digital Services at customer sites, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the energy, oil & gas, or technology sectors. Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing new markets. Experience with digital services, drilling optimization, or rig instrumentation is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (., Microsoft Dynamics 365). Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Russian, Kazakh, or Azerbaijani is highly desirable. Being based in Kazakhstan or a nearby country would be advantageous.
