Description and Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Partner Account Manager to accelerate Lenovo’s Consumer business growth in Kazakhstan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strong, long-term relationships with Large Format Retail (LFR) chains and open channel partners, ensuring best-in-class execution of Lenovo’s sales and marketing strategies.
You will own the delivery of key business objectives across revenue, gross profit, market share, and customer satisfaction, while actively expanding Lenovo’s footprint in the Consumer segment. The ideal candidate is an ambitious professional with a solid understanding of the local Consumer market landscape and proven ability to drive channel performance.
The product portfolio in scope includes: PCs (Notebooks, Desktops, All-in-One), Tablets, Visuals (monitors), Accessories, and Services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish, manage, and develop strong relationships with Large Format Retailers (LFRs) and channel partners
• Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Provide market and partner insights to internal stakeholders to refine and improve sales strategies
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using Lenovo products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets
• Train, enable, and support partners on Lenovo’s portfolio, value proposition, and key product features
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates, plan activities to drive incremental Sell-In, Sell-Through and Sell-Out
• Collaborate closely with 4P, Operations, Marketing, Finance teams to execute sales and channel initiatives effectively
Position Requirements:
• 3-5 years of sales experience in Consumer IT/PC hardware in Kazakhstan
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the retail/consumer channel and market dynamics and partner business models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, and drive projects to completion
• Strong problem-solving skills and result-driven approach, proactive mindset
• Fluent Russian. English B2 or higher
• Solid understanding of IT/PC products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
