Family office of UHNW family is looking for an experienced and motivated finance professional to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial operations, timely reporting, and support to the Financial controller with basic financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial processes, including:
  • Daily accounting operations for several companies across different jurisdictions
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Supporting and maintaining basic financial controls
  • Assisting in external audits
• Prepare and review regulatory reports in collaboration with external advisors.
• Prepare consolidated management reports on a monthly basis (together with Financial Controller and Head of Finance).
• Respond promptly to finance-related questions and requests from the CEO and the team.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance.
• Experience in BIG-4  is preferred.
• ACCA (papers F1–F3) is an advantage.
• Bilingual:
  • English – upper-intermediate
  • Russian
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage external consultants and legal advisors effectively.
