Key responsibilities:
Analyze sales, market share, and marketing effectiveness
Evaluate trade and consumer programs and suggest improvements
Conduct research and track KPIs to support strategy and growth
Optimize budgets and reporting processes for efficiency
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics
3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or brand management
Advanced analytical skills and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
Fluent in English and Russian (Kazakh is an advantage)
