User acquisition manager (part time)

FWW — не просто агентство, настраивающее рекламу, а стратегический партнёр для наших клиентов. Наша миссия — помогать им расти и масштабироваться.

Мы работаем на стороне клиента — глубоко погружаемся в бизнес-процессы, анализируем воронки продаж и экономику". Наша главная ценность — глубокая консультация. Мы помогаем находить точки роста за пределами маркетинга и подсказываем, что нужно исправить в бизнесе, чтобы маркетинг работал на полную мощность.

Кого мы ищем

Сейчас мы расширяем команду и ищем опытного User Acquisition Manager на частичную занятость, который усилит нашу экспертизу и будет помогать масштабировать бизнес наших клиентов.

Наши ожидания:

  • Опыт от 2-х лет в роли User Acquisition Manager, желательно в рекламных агентствах.

  • Уверенное владение Google Ads (включая работу с поиском и сложной семантикой), Bing, Meta и другими рекламными платформами.

  • Продвинутые навыки работы с Google Analytics.

  • Умение и готовность вести переговоры с клиентами, аргументировать свою позицию и проводить встречи.

  • Английский язык не ниже B1 (Intermediate) для письменного общения.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Создание и оптимизация рекламных кампаний: Полный цикл работы с кампаниями в Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads и на других платформах. Основная цель — увеличивать оборот, поддерживая или повышая ROAS.

  • Управление бюджетом и прибыльностью: Регулярный мониторинг ключевых метрик (ROAS, Profit) и контроль расходов для обеспечения прибыльности кампаний.

  • Тестирование и эксперименты: Постоянное тестирование новых форматов, креативов и гипотез для повышения эффективности и результативности рекламы.

  • Работа с аналитикой: Использование Google Analytics для анализа данных и принятия решений.
