Ищем PM + BA/SA на проект BTC-collateralised bullet-loan (FinTech/Crypto Custody)

Зона ответственности (end-to-end)

Управление поставкой (PM):

  • Ведение 12-недельного плана: спринты по 2 недели, критический путь, контроль зависимостей.
  • Ежедневная операционка: стендапы, планирование/груминг, демо, ретро; статус-репорты стейкхолдерам.
  • Scope & Change: фиксация MVP-объёма, triage CR, оценка влияния на сроки/бюджет, эскалации.
  • Риск-менеджмент (RAID): прайс-фид, SLA BitGo/Regtank, банковский CSV, лимиты SMS/e-mail.

Аналитика/системный дизайн (BA/SA):

  • Сбор и формализация требований: BRD → FSD → backlog (user stories, use cases, acceptance).

  • Проработка ключевых модулей:

    KYC/AML/Аккредитация (AI/Business), Custody BitGo (2-шаговый депозит: Satoshi-test → whitelist → main),

    Risk/LTV (60/70/80, MC окно, 80% event, sell-to-target, pause/resume),

    Payments & Billing (CSV/MT940 + ручной постинг/реверсы, daily/360, late +10%),

    Loan Core (bullet, лимит ≤ Max LTV, LoanTerms), Notifications (email+SMS), PDF Statement,

    Admin Params (версии, four-eyes), IAM/RBAC, Audit (append-only).

  • Архитектурные артефакты: C4 (Container), BPMN/Flow, ERD, OpenAPI (контракты, схемы ошибок, идемпотентность/webhooks HMAC).

  • НФ-требования: OWASP Top-10, PDPA (PII/ретенция/экспорт), SLA 99.9% (SGT), RTO/RPO, аудит-след.

  • Совместно с QA — UAT-сценарии (EOM/late/MC/80%/CSV-ошибки) и тестовые данные.

Что нужно уметь
  • 4+ лет в роли PM или BA/SA, из них 2+ в FinTech/лендинг/платёжки.
  • Практика MVP с внешними интеграциями (REST/webhooks, подписи, идемпотентность, ретраи).
  • Уверенно: постановка задач в Jira, приоритизация, согласование с бизнесом и техкомандой.
  • Понимание домена: LTV, margin call, bullet, daily/360, late fee, custodial wallet, whitelist.
  • Техническая грамотность: чтение API-доков (BitGo/Regtank), базовое понимание Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, очередей (Celery), Next.js/React на уровне взаимодействия фронта и бэка.
  • Английский — Upper-Intermediate: митинги/переписка/спеки/собор требований.
Инструменты

Jira/Confluence/Notion, Miro (BPMN/C4/CJM), Figma (UX-потоки), Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Google Sheets/Docs.
