Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the regional education strategy across 3 brands, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Adapt and deploy global & zone education programs to local market needs, combining technical mastery, brand advocacy, and business impact.
• Lead, coach, and develop a network of national education teams and artistic partners across CIS countries.
• Support sell-out acceleration through education integrated into commercial and marketing plans.
• Build and activate a community of brand ambassadors, artistic partners and key salon advocates to strengthen brand image and emotional connection.
• Co-create and deliver flagship education events (e.g., educational forums, artistic shows).
• Track and optimize education KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & Zone Education teams to ensure education supports the full go-to-market strategy.
Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in professional education, brand training or industry education leadership (hair category/beauty strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of team leadership, people development, and cross-country coordination.
• Strong understanding of the salon industry and professional stylist community dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Russian.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with high executional drive and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to travel across CIS region regularly.
