Job Description
The Senior Manager performs the following work duties:
- preparation and paperwork on issues within the competence of the CPS;
- interaction and correspondence with academic and administrative staff on issues within the competence of the CPS;
- participation in the organization of the Nazarbayev University entrance test in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad
- participation in the development and implementation of new directions of the School on commercial projects (if any);
- participation in the development, coordination and preparation of the School's internal documents for their approval and timely updating: Student Handbook, Program Proposals of the School, Faculty Handbook and other documents;
- monitoring the implementation of measures and reporting, making proposals on key risk management of the School;
- coordination of risk identification, assessment (analysis), management and monitoring processes at the School level;
- maintaining risk communication with structural divisions;
- participation in the development and maintenance of a favorable risk management culture;
- implementation of works on commercial projects (if any): monitoring of payment for services, monitoring of attendance, scheduling, preparation of training facilities, preparation and issuance of certificates to attendees;
- execution of works on conclusion and execution of service agreements with commercial project Instructors (if any);
- conducting negotiations with potential clients and partners, presentation of the services offered;
- assistance to work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including collection and work with e-mail address database;
- ensuring compliance with the protection of personal data in accordance with the internal documents of the University and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- ensuring that the CPS complies with the non-proliferation regime of confidential information related to the University's activities, except in cases where such disclosure is required within the framework of the CPS's work, within its competence and (or) on behalf of the management;
- preparation of analytical materials, presentations, information on individual tasks, instructions of the Direct Supervisor within the competence of the CPS;
- performs the duties (replaces) the Manager of the CPS during his temporary absence (for up to one month);
- fulfills the tasks of the Direct Supervisor and the University management in a timely and appropriate manner;
- complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the University;
- responsible for compliance with labor and service discipline;
- is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as
- information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer.
Qualifications
Education: Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction;
Priority specializations:
- finance;
- accounting;
- economy;
- business administration; or
- related specialties in the field of humanities
Work experience: With a Bachelor's degree / Specialist - at least five years;
At least three years with a Master's degree in the relevant field.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point programs
