About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager – Project to lead all electrical engineering, installation, and commissioning activities for the construction of a new sugar factory. The role carries full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of the electrical scope of work, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
Plan and supervise installation of substations, MCCs, VFDs, cabling, and lighting systems.
Lead testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring reliability and compliance.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate closely with mechanical, instrumentation, and process teams for system integration.
Enforce electrical safety standards across the project site.
Prepare reports, documentation, and regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in industrial construction projects.
Preferred Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
Industry Exposure: Experience in large-scale process plants, energy-intensive facilities, or industrial projects is an advantage.

Proven experience in project planning, execution, and commissioning.
Expertise in HT/LT distribution, MCCs, drives, and automation systems.
Knowledge of IEC standards and power system studies.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
