5+ years of experience in digital content, ideally within media, entertainment, or brand publishing.Proven track record of growing traffic through SEO and digital storytelling.Strong knowledge of web and social media platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, redbull.com, CMS systems.Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) or mobile-first content editing tools.Strong writing and editing skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English.Understanding of Red Bull’s brand and tone of voice, and ability to apply it in all outputs.Travel 20-30%Digital Manager
