Описание

Компания Delta Sport (эксклюзивный дистрибьютор Nike) ищем в свою команду Retail Operations Manager для стран Кавказа и Центральной Азии.

Обязанности:

  • разработка и реализация стратегии развития партнерской розницы в странах Кавказа и Центральной Азии
  • построение долгосрочных партнерских отношений
  • повышение эффективности действующих магазинов
  • определение приоритетов, KPI и операционных стандартов для партнеров
  • формирование и контроль годовых планов продаж, бюджета и ключевых показателей эффективности
  • контроль операционной деятельности партнерских магазинов: сервис, продажи, персонал, визуальных стандарты, товарные запасы
  • регулярная аналитика показателей
  • поддержка партнеров по вопросам управления розничным бизнесом, обучение и аудит магазинов

Требования:

  • опыт работы на позиции Retail operations manager (сегмент спортивный ритейл)
  • опыт работы с рынками разных стран
  • глубокое понимание операционных и коммерческих процессов розницы
  • развитые управленческие и аналитические навыки
  • знание английского языка не ниже Upper-intermediate (рабочая коммуникация и отчетность)
  • готовность к регулярным командировкам в страны Кавказа и Центральной Азии.
