Умеет вести переговоры с клиентами и способен расположить к себе с первой встречи. А главное, любит свою работу, общение с людьми и умеет договариваться и решать любые вопросы.

Требования:

Высшее образование Опыт работы в должности Junior Brand Manager/Marketing Specialist/Assistant Желателен опыт работы в международной FMCG компании Опыт в организации мероприятий от 2 лет Способность работать самостоятельно (понимание задач, поиск решения, проактивность, курирование проектов от начала и до момента запуска, соблюдение дедлайнов согласно маркетинг календарю, контроль сроков и исполнения) Готовность штормить и предлагать крутые идеи вместе с креативной командой Ответственность, креативность, готовность к интенсивному графику и большим объемам работы Умение работать в режиме многозадачности и расставлять приоритеты Знание английского языка на уровне не ниже Intermediate

Обязанности:

Контроль и участие в подготовке мероприятий от создания идеи до её реализации Разработка концепции и структуры мероприятий, генерация идей, подготовка презентаций Разработка механик совместных промо активностей, помощь Sales команде в разработке программ направленных на увеличение продаж и привлечение новых консьюмеров Контроль разработки программы, сценария события и их реализация Разработка технических заданий и брифов для коллег и подрядчиков Ведение бюджета мероприятия, подготовка отчётов и расчет внутренних смет Создание POS-материалов и реализация в точках
