Qualification Requirements
Higher education in HR, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR, PR, or Marketing (preferably in an international company).
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written, not lower than Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).
Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian (mandatory).
Skills in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives.
Experience in corporate communications, content creation, and social media management.
Knowledge of internal communication tools and platforms (SharePoint, corporate portals, messengers).
Creativity, communication skills, ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills in preparing presentations, analytical reports, and interacting with an international HQ.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Employee Branding initiatives aimed at strengthening employee loyalty and employer brand recognition.
Organize internal and external events: welcome days, corporate celebrations, career fairs, student initiatives.
Support and promote corporate culture: employee engagement, FAST values, and HQ-driven programs.
Cooperate with HQ: implement global initiatives, provide regular reporting, and participate in international projects.
Manage internal communications (newsletters, announcements, Tasker, Teams, SharePoint) and ensure alignment with corporate style.
Create employer branding materials: presentations, articles, social media content.
Monitor the effectiveness of EB initiatives (engagement surveys, social media metrics, reports for HQ).
Collaborate with HR, Marketing and other departments to ensure coordinated project execution.
