Quality Control Engineer/ Quality Control Specialist

Описание

Обязанности:
  • Входной контроль (Проверка поступающих материалов и комплектующих по сертификатам; Верификация соответствия по чертежам, спецификациям, Заказ-данным; Планирование и приёмка НК (VT, PT, MT, UT); Решение по партиям: принять / выборочный контроль / карантин, оформление NC-протоколов.
  • Процессный контроль (Контроль операций по ITP/QCP: мехобработка (размеры/шероховатость), сварка (WPS/PQR, параметры), сборка, испытания); Оформление чек-листов и маршрутных карт; Контроль маркировки и прослеживаемости (серийные номера, heat-trace).
  • Финальный контроль и испытания (Финальный контроль, проверка комплектации и маркировки; Организация/участие в испытаниях: гидро/газ (согласно API 6D, 6A, 598 и спецификациям заказчика); Подготовка и выпуск сертификатов соответствия, тест-протоколов, паспортов.
  • Управление измерениями и СИ (Ведение реестра СИ, графиков поверки/калибровки, приемка сертификатов; Контроль состояния калибровочных наклеек и статуса приборов; Разработка/актуализация критериев приёмки измерений
  • Документация и записи (Поддержание и исполнение ITP, QCP, чек-листов, форм MOD/DS, протоколов испытаний; Контроль версий чертежей и нормативов, соблюдение требований API и требований заказчика).
  • Обеспечение качества (Контроль и согласование процессов, процедур, структуры Системы Менеджмента Качества согласно API Q1, API 6D, API 6A); Участие во аудитах и периодической оценке поставщиков; Согласование критериев приёмки, планов инспекции, запросов на отклонения)
Требования:
  • Образование: техническое — не ниже бакалавра.
  • Опыт: от 1–3 лет в промышленном QC/QA или соответствующих отраслях.
  • Стандарты и нормативы: базовое понимание требований системы менеджмента качества согласно API Q1 или ISO 9001, базовые требования API 6D/6A (для арматуры), понимание производственных процессов, прослеживаемости.
  • Компетенции: внимательность к деталям, системность, стрессоустойчивость, адаптивность, стремление к обучению.
  • Сертификаты по НК: наличие сертификатов квалификации по NDE (VT, PT, UT, MT, RT) приветствуется
