Participate in all project stages (TEO, P-stage, STU, R-stage) including preparation and coordination of required documentation and approvals.
Conduct and supervise engineering surveys: topographical, underground detection, and geotechnical investigations (field, lab, and office-based).
Prepare and review FEED and Detailed Engineering deliverables across all project phases.
Ensure compliance with applicable national and international Civil & Structural codes, standards, and specifications.
Develop and update schedules related to Civil & Structural scope, including permitting and approval timelines.
Support permitting strategy: rationalize, consolidate, and coordinate with authorities to streamline early works and facility-related permits.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, utility providers, and public stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to design reviews and preparation of technical assignments.
Support procurement and quality teams through technical input and participation in market surveys.
Perform structural calculations for foundations, concrete, steel structures, and soil improvement techniques.
Prepare design reports, estimation documents, and calculation sheets for internal and external reviews.
Use FEA and 2D/3D modeling tools to develop, review, and validate engineering designs.
