Requirements:
- Higher education in engineering, project management, petrochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and controlling petrochemical projects; familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) processes.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong skills in planning, resource and risk management, and contract administration.
- Advanced proficiency in English or Chinese.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Proven ability to drive project progress, resolve complex issues, and work effectively in an international team.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and norms in the petrochemical sector, with the ability to apply them in practice.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating, tracking, and controlling project execution schedules (Level 3–4); coordinating contractors.
- Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports and analyzing schedule deviations.
- Managing the project schedule; participating in meetings and taking minutes.
- Supporting the Project Manager in schedule control and coordination of project activities.
