Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables
Placing new orders to factory using the Navision system.
• Checking the status of orders in Navision daily.
• Controlling order execution from the factory to the ZF warehouse in Almaty at every stage.
• Organization of the delivery of customer orders to their warehouse.
• Solving customers’ complaints regarding shortages and damages.
• Recommending suppliers for each deal for management approval.
• Signing purchasing contracts approved by regional or global purchasing.
• Conducting a tender to select a local supplier for services and products.
• Purchasing necessary thing to office.
