About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Terminal Automated Systems and HVAC departments. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of preventive maintenance activities, accurate tracking of maintenance work, and the overall integrity of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for Terminal Automated Systems and HVAC equipment.

• Assign work orders and tasks to field technicians through the CMMS platform.

• Ensure all completed maintenance tasks are correctly documented in the system.

• Regularly update and maintain accurate CMMS data and equipment records.

• Conduct random field inspections to confirm task completion and quality of work.

• Review and update maintenance checklists and method statements as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in maintenance planning and CMMS coordination.

• Familiarity with terminal systems, HVAC equipment, and industrial maintenance procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, or similar).

• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and management.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
