Account Manager/Sales Manager

Описание

Обязанности:

• Выполнение плана продаж
• Формирование и реализация плана общения с клиентами (звонки, онлайн-встречи, визиты)
• Поиск и привлечение новых клиентов
• Консультации клиентов по техническим характеристикам оборудования: консультации по базовым вопросам самостоятельно, сложные консультации выполняют технические специалисты (менеджер отвечает за согласование времени и даты)
• Поддержка и развитие сети зарубежных дилеров
• Подготовка коммерческих предложений, составление писем
• Ведение переговоров и заключение сделок
• Подготовка и участие в выставках и конференциях
• Командировки к клиентам и дилерам для переговоров и презентаций

Требования:

• Опыт в сфере B2B-продаж, желательно в технической или научной области (геофизика, геология, приборостроение будет преимуществом)
• Регион проживания Алмата или готовность к перезду, работа в офисе
• Умение составлять качественные коммерческие предложения
• Умение конвертировать усилия и процессы в конкретный результат
• Знание английского языка на уровне достаточном для общения с иностранными партнерами и клиентами и изучения технической документации
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки, умение вести переговоры
• Навыки работы с CRM-системами и офисными приложениями
• Техническое высшее образование будет преимуществом
• Готовность к командировкам и международным поездкам

Условия:

• Работа в международной компании с офисами в Казахстане, Канаде и Франции
• Обучение по продукции и поддержка от технических специалистов
• Заработная плата состоит из фиксированного оклада и премиальной части при перевыполнении плана продаж
