Мы растем и сейчас ищем талантливого Sales Manager для усиления нашей команды. Тебе предстоит работать с мерчантами, партнёрами и помогать компании масштабировать бизнес. Взамен мы предлагаем профессиональное развитие, интересные задачи и команду единомышленников.

Что предстоит:

  • Активный поиск и привлечение новых мерчантов по всему миру.
  • Построение и поддержание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами, выявление их потребностей и предложение индивидуальных решений..
  • Выполнение KPI по обороту и количеству активных партнёров.
  • Продвижение эквайринга и онлайн-платёжных решений компании.
  • Ведение переговоров, заключение сделок и сопровождение клиентов на всех этапах сотрудничества
  • Проведение переговоров и презентаций для потенциальных клиентов.
  • Ведение воронки продаж и работа в CRM.

Что требуется:

  • Опыт работы в продажах (финтех, банки, эквайринг, онлайн-платежи будут преимуществом).
  • Понимание принципов B2B-продаж.
  • Отличные навыки коммуникации и ведения переговоров.
  • Самостоятельность, инициативность, ориентация на результат.
  • Высшее образование в сфере банковского дела, экономики или бизнеса будет плюсом.
  • Хорошее владение английским языком (В2 и выше: для делового общения и переписки).
