Описание

Обязанности:

Контент и соцсети

Разработка контент-плана для соцсетей (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts и др.).

Взаимодействие с мобилографами, дизайнерами, актёрами — постановка ТЗ и контроль качества.

Работа с блогерами и инфлюенсерами

Поиск и отбор релевантных инфлюенсеров.

Ведение переговоров и заключение договоров.

Контроль реализации интеграций (сценарий, подача, сроки).

Отчётность по охватам, вовлечению и эффективности кампаний.

Digital-брендинг

Поддержка tone of voice бренда.

Адаптация ключевых кампаний в digital.

Запуск спецпроектов (челленджи, коллаборации, акции).

Мониторинг трендов соцсетей и генерация идей.

Аналитика и эффективность

Анализ метрик (охваты, ER, клики, заявки).

Подготовка ежемесячных отчётов и предложений по оптимизации.

Тестирование новых форматов и каналов.

Что нужно уметь:

Генерировать идеи для контента: экспертный, развлекательный, ситуативный

Отслеживать тренды

Прописывать SMM-стратегию

Анализировать вовлеченность в социальных сетях: ER, ERR, охваты

Грамотно писать и говорить на русском и казахском языках

Опыт работы в SMM — 1-3 года, подходит бэкграунд копирайтера и продюсера съемок

Брейнштормить в команде

Разбираться в сфере авто, шин и автоаксессуаров — будет плюсом

Снимать на смартфон и монтировать в CapCut или других аналогичных приложениях — будет плюсом

Знание казахского языка обязательно
