Описание

Automated Communication Solutions Ltd. —это продуктовая IT-компания, которая занимается разработкой и внедрением решений для омниканальных виртуальных контакт-центров.

Мы активно расширяем и укрепляем нашу команду. В настоящее время мы ищем талантливого Project Manager, который присоединится к нам и получит уникальный опыт работы в динамичной ИТ-среде.

Обязанности:

Решение проблем для поддержания и повышения лояльности клиентов

Внутренняя коммуникация с отделами для удовлетворения запросов клиентов

Ведение внутренней документации и отчетов на основе работы с клиентом

Назначение задачи менеджерам по работе с клиентами и помощникам и контролировать их выполнение

Онбординг стажеров на должности менеджера по работе с клиентами

Брифинг с клиентами: ежедневные онлайн-встречи и общение в чате

Аналитика проекта

Требования:

Опыт управления проектами/командами и проведения встреч с клиентами

Знание языков: русский – C2, английский – C1

Сильные аналитические навыки

Многозадачность

Аналитическое мышление в сочетании с сильными soft навыками

Высокий уровень грамотности

Способность эффективно расставлять приоритеты и делегировать

Отличные навыки общения и ведения переговоров

Навыки решения проблем и построения долгосрочных отношений

Ответственность, пунктуальность и навыки работы в команде

Лидерские качества

Умение пользоваться компьютером, офисным оборудованием и быстро изучать новые системы управления задачами и мессенджеры
