About the Role:
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and coordination of our fintech solutions. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, modeling processes, and ensuring seamless integration across services and APIs. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and external partners to guarantee that solutions are well-documented, aligned with business objectives, and delivered with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Decomposition: Write and formalize functional and non-functional requirements, API contracts, integration specifications, and user stories.
System Modeling: Create BPMN 2.0 and UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence) to model business processes and service interactions.
API & Integration Coordination: Lead cross-system integrations, manage API contracts, versioning, and compatibility, ensuring end-to-end scenario alignment across teams.
Task Management: Develop detailed technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios, ensuring full traceability of requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate release plans, manage dependencies, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration and timely project delivery.
Acceptance & Testing Support: Validate deliverables against requirements, perform acceptance of development tasks, and support QA engineers in building comprehensive test cases.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Analyst (experience in FinTech is a strong plus);
Solid understanding of SOA principles and microservices-based systems;
Strong communication skills, ability to build effective collaboration with colleagues, positivity, and stress resilience;
Knowledge of project management tools and core methodologies;
Experience in analyzing business needs, transforming them into developer-friendly formats, and designing and documenting project solutions;
Proficiency in tools for modeling business processes and algorithms;
English at B1 level (confident reading of documentation and basic skills in professional correspondence).
