Proven ability to recruit for senior-level, hard-to-fill, or niche roles.
Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, interview frameworks, and assessment methods.
Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
