Описание

Обязанности:
  • Формирование базы данных клиентов;
  • Рассылка сообщений потенциальным клиентам по заранее созданным шаблонам (без использования телефонных звонков);
  • Ведение переписки с клиентами и предоставление ответов на их запросы (без звонков);
  • Общение через различные мессенджеры;
  • Координация с менеджером по продажам для организации встреч и их внесение в календарь;
  • Поддержание связи с клиентом до назначенной встречи.
Требования:
  • Способность к быстрому обучению;
  • Умение работать с офисной техникой и ПО (MS Office, Google Workspace);
  • Знание русского языка;
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь;
  • Умение вести переговоры и заключать сделки;
  • Активность и инициативность, ответственность.
