Arbuz.kz/Pinemelon.com — международный онлайн-супермаркет с ассортиментом в 20 тыс. товаров и доставкой в 1-2 часовые слоты. Наш фокус на качественных продуктах питания и отличном сервисе.

Мы на рынке Казахстана с 2011 года и представлены в городах Алматы и Астана. С 2022 года начали продажи в Денвере, США под брендом Pinemelon.com

С 2018 года растем каждый год в 5 раз по обороту и развиваемся в рамках экосистемы Freedom Lifestyle Team. Команда — опытные предприниматели и менеджеры с такими проектами как Тикетон, Авиата, Найми и др.

Обязанности:

  • Развитие поиска, каталога и рекомендательных блоков

  • Запуск A/B-тестов, анализ метрик и качества персонализации

  • Управление бэклогом Discovery & Personalization

  • Работа с ML/AI, аналитикой, маркетингом и коммерческим отделом для роста релевантности

Требования:

  • 4+ лет опыта продакт-менеджером в e-commerce / маркетплейсах / digital-сервисах с крупным ассортиментом (1000+ SKU).

  • Успешные кейсы по запуску поиска, рекомендаций и персонализации.

  • Опыт A/B-тестов, построения гипотез и работы с многотысячной аудиторией.

  • Навыки работы в кросс-функциональных командах (Dev, Analytics, Marketing, Design).

  • Владение BI-инструментами, A/B-платформами.

  • Уверенное использование Jira, Confluence, Figma; базовое понимание API.
