Job Description
- The Manager performs the following duties and responsibilities:
- collects, verifies and inputs data for the alumni database;
- assists in deploying the alumni database as a part of Student Information System (hereinafter - SIS), keeps the alumni database up to date on a regular basis;
- generates and validates reports related to alumni data;
- collects information within the specified functional area and provides inputs for the Division’s websites, publications and social media update;
- assists to Manager responsible for Experience Sharing Program in production of training materials and webinars;
- leads the process of budgeting for the Division on a regular basis, generates budget-related reports, tracks costs, and works cooperatively with other responsible divisions to proceed with payment of invoices;
- organizes Career Center related events like Career Forum and Asia Pacific Career Development Association (hereinafter - APCDA) Conference when the University is selected as the conference host;
- participates in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;
- temporary performs the duties (replaces) of the responsible staff during his/her temporary absence (up to one month).
- timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University`s management;
- observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer`s internal documents;
- is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;
- is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer;
- in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer).
