Trade Marketing Specialist (maternity leave position)

Компания Henkel в поисках Трейд маркетинг специалиста, HCB (Trade Marketing Specialist, HCB) в г. Алматы.

Что вы будете делать:

  • Подготовка годового календаря трейд-активностей для Казахстана, запуск и контроль за исполнением.
  • Подготовка и контроль годового бюджета (ежемесячно, ежеквартально), включая полный цикл документооборота.
  • Разработка POSM и управление полным циклом реализации: определение нужных POSM-материалов; сбор данных по потребности, производство, логистика, размещение в торговых точках и последующий анализ.
  • Реализация индивидуальных активностей с ключевыми клиентами на территории Казахстана: определение механик, постановка KPI, участие в переговорах, реализация и пост-анализ.
  • Полная реализация BTL-активностей в соответствии со стратегией компании: подарочные наборы, поддержка локальных мероприятий в соответствии со стратегией брендов.
  • Эффективное взаимодействие с командами бренд маркетинга и продаж, глобальной командой для достижения целей.
  • Выявление ключевых проблем и возможностей в торговле для стимулирования роста бизнеса.
Что делает вас идеальным кандидатом:
  • Высшее образование в области маркетинга, финансов, экономики, управления бизнесом или в смежных направлениях.
  • Опыт работы в трейд-маркетинге от 1 года (предпочтительно в сфере FMCG). Опыт в бренд-маркетинге или продажах (JKAM, KAM, ASM) будет преимуществом.
  • Знание языков: русский – свободно, английский – upper intermediate.
  • Продвинутый пользователь Microsoft Office (особенно PowerPoint и Excel).
  • Базовые знания DPSM (дистрибуция, ценообразование, выкладка, мерчандайзинг).

  • Сильные аналитические навыки и мышление, основанное на данных.

  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки и проактивный подход в ежедневной работе.
