About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join Haleon on a1-year maternity cover contractstarting inSeptember 2025. Based inAstana, you will play a vital role in promoting our trusted medicines, building strong pharmacy partnerships, and ensuring product visibility and availability across your territory.

Your Day-to-Day:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (sell-in, sell-out, in-store KPIs).Promote Haleon products through regular detailing, presentations, and round tables with pharmacists.Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacy staff and key customers.Execute marketing activities and ensure compliance with planograms and promotional agreements.Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability in pharmacies.Collaborate with distributors and the Key Customer Manager to coordinate field activities.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting via CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, SKURA).Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the marketing team.Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and internal training programs.Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Essential:

Higher education (preferably in medical or pharmaceutical fields).Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.

Preferred:

Experience working with pharmacy chains and distributors.Knowledge of the Astana pharmaceutical market.Familiarity with Haleon products and therapeutic categories.
