Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Director to lead the compliance function for the holding company’s Telecom and Lifestyle business segments. The role involves providing methodological support, developing and implementing compliance procedures and controls, and ensuring adherence to internal standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide methodological guidance and ongoing support to business units on compliance matters.
• Identify key compliance risks across non-financial business operations and establish appropriate controls.
• Support the implementation and regular review of local policies and procedures in alignment with group-level standards.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and internal reviews, and participate in investigations of potential breaches.
• Organize and deliver compliance training to promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with legal, internal audit, risk management, and other functions to ensure an integrated compliance framework.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting the non-financial sectors and ensure timely updates to internal processes and documentation.
Requirements:
• University degree in Law, Economics, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).
• At least 7 years of experience in compliance roles within international companies, preferably in telecommunications, technology, e-commerce.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• International certifications in compliance, audit, or risk management (e.g., ICA, CCEP, ISO 37301, CAMS, CFE).
• Understanding of sector-specific regulations in telecom or digital businesses.
• Experience working in a holding structure with regional and global teams.
