Job Description
Specialist performs the following work duties:
- preparation and execution of documents on issues within the competence of the CPS;
- participation in the recruitment campaign to attract potential students in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad (presentations in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international educational exhibitions);
- participation in the organization of the Nazarbayev University entrance test in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad;
- record keeping at the School in accordance with the internal regulatory documents of the University;
- overseeing the timely delivery of office supplies to employees and adherence to the University's processes for ordering and replenishing supplies;
- control over the accounting and storage, condition and safety of the School's documents prior to their transfer to the University's archive;
- implementation of recording, formation, execution and submission of the School's documents to the University's archive in accordance with the approved procedures;
- participation in the annual development of the School's draft nomenclature;
- issuance, storage and accounting of the University's forms to be protected in the School;
- storage, accounting and issuance of additional educational equipment
(calculators, voice recorders, notebooks, microphones, camera, etc.);
- timely updating of the School's personnel mailing list;
- maintenance and preparation of minutes of meetings of the School's Executive Committee and Teaching and Methodological Committee;
- implementation of works and activities according to the bypass list of the School's attendees;
- participation and assistance in the organization of all types of examinations conducted by the School;
- preparation of analytical materials, presentations, information on individual tasks, instructions of the immediate supervisor within the competence of the CPS;
- participation in the processes of identification, assessment, management, monitoring of risks within the supervised direction;
- performs duties (replaces) Manager of the CPS (for operational activities) during his temporary absence (for up to one month);
- timely and properly executes the tasks of the Direct Supervisor and the University`s management;
- complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the University;
- responsible for compliance with labor and service discipline;
- is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer;
- in case of dismissal, I am responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee at the direction of the Direct Supervisor (according to the act of acceptance and transfer).
Qualifications
Education: Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction;
Priority specializations:
- management;

- marketing;
- law;
- political science;
- sociology; or related specialties in the field of humanities
Work experience:
With a Bachelor's degree / Specialist - at least one year;
Work experience is not required with a Master's degree in the relevant field.

- knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint programs
