Vacancy: Sales / Technical Coating Specialist

Location: Atyrau (preferred)

Company: "ALPHA-CENTRE" LLP – official distributor of PPG Protective Coatings (Kazakhstan)

Responsibilities:

Prospect and attract new clients (oil & gas, energy, infrastructure)

Perform cold calls, meetings, and presentations of PPG solutions

Provide technical support to clients: coating selection, consultations

Participate in tenders and projects together with PPG team

Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities

Attend product and sales trainings from PPG

✅ Requirements:

Based in Atyrau or willing to travel

Experience in protective coatings: QC, inspector, technician, applicator

Understanding of surface prep, coating systems, application practices

English proficiency for reading specs and professional communication

Certificates such as NACE, BGAS, FROSIO are a plus

High motivation to learn sales, self-driven, responsible and curious

Локация: Атырау (предпочтительно)

Компания: ТОО "АЛЬФА-ЦЕНТР" — официальный дистрибьютор PPG Protective Coatings (Казахстан)

Обязанности:

Поиск и привлечение новых клиентов (нефтегаз, энергетика, инфраструктура)

Проведение холодных звонков, встреч, презентаций продуктов PPG

Техническое сопровождение клиентов: подбор систем покрытий, консультации

Участие в тендерах и проектах совместно с командой PPG

Анализ рынка, выявление новых направлений и возможностей

Участие в обучениях от PPG (продукты, технологии, продажи)

✅ Требования:

Проживание в Атырау или готовность к командировкам

Опыт в защитных покрытиях: QC, инспектор, техник, аппликатор

Понимание технологий нанесения, подготовки поверхности, типов покрытий

Английский язык — на уровне чтения техдокументации и деловой переписки

Сертификаты NACE, BGAS, FROSIO — преимущество

Мотивация учиться продажам, обучаемость, активность, ответственность
