Participate in early project development (CPDEP Phases 1 & 2), planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
Review and approve civil/structural design packages and ensure QA/QC compliance
Analyze site-specific data (soil reports, geotechnical studies) and develop foundation and excavation solutions
Oversee infrastructure design for transport, lifting, and installation of equipment and modules
Approve heavy lifting methods, structural safety, and fire/blast risk assessments
Ensure compliance of all designs and materials with TCO specs and international standards
Provide technical support to construction and commissioning teams; resolve site issues
Lead communication with external engineering contractors and review their submittals
Support contractor selection through technical evaluation and alignment with cost, safety, and operational efficiency
Drive implementation of engineering work processes and quality standards across capital projects
Higher technical education in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction (preferably in oil & gas industry)
English language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) at Intermediate level or higher
Proficiency in STAAD Pro and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of TCO Specifications, ASME, API, SNIP, Eurocode, and GOST standards
Strong experience in project coordination and working with contractors
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
