We are looking for a junior male specialist to greet our students and visitors and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• You will greet students & guests and act as a coordinator between them & respective departments
• For a short period of time, you will be responsible for finding houses for international academic staff (August-September)

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role will be a benefit
• Professional attitude and appearance (applicants without photo will not be considered)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Efficient Customer service skills and positive attitude
