Several years of experience working on similar position (such as site manager / workshop manager / service manager / maintenance superintendent).
Several years of experience working in similar industries (such as mining, construction, automotive).
Knowledge - Knowledge of spares, methods, and the tools involved in the diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair of mobile hydraulic equipment.
Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Contract Management - Ability to interface with the customer regarding all matters related to contracts and projects including those related to the review and process of changes.
Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems.
Health & Safety - Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective HSE operations for the protection of people.
Education and Training - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
English Language – upper-intermediate level or higher is preferrable.
