We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with an interest in sales, business development, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily site operations to ensure project plans are executed effectively.
Monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to specifications, plans, and safety standards.
Support the coordination of materials, equipment, and labor to maintain project timelines.
Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges.
Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, logs, and documentation.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and decision-making processes.
The site engineer is the owner of the site and monitors the whole cycle of the site implementation.
Manage site access, identify problematic sites in advance, and follow up customer's leasing department to resolve the problems.
Visit site to manage subcontractor teams and monitor construction progress.
Monitor subcon construction process to make sure quality and EHS standard followed.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design and project management software.
Understanding of safety regulations and standards.
