Your mission:
We currently have an opportunity for a People & Organization Head to take a key position within our Kazakhstan business. We are looking for a key professional who has considerable years of Management/ Leadership experience and is willing and able to drive the People & Organization and Global Business Services elements of the Siemens KZ organization forward. This is an all-encompassing HR Management role.
As well as driving the organization’s P&O strategy, you will be hands on from an operational perspective where you will be responsible for all processes related to people and culture.You will be responsible for ensuring the people practices across the business are aligned to achieve the business strategy and growth agenda whilst continuing to drive people engagement.
What will you do if join us?
Act as a partner to the CEO and the Country’s Management Teams, collaborating in the formulation of the strategy and in the achievement of strategic and business objectives Lead, develop and inspire the P&O and GBS organization in Kazakhstan Enable local business to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline, including focus on Success Planning Understand the entire talent system and coordinate Talent Acquisition topics on a local level Provide expert consultancy in leadership topics and people engagement as well as talent development and diverse succession planning for key positions Manage and execute the local payroll administration Adapt, communicate and roll out global P&O (HR) topics into the countries as well as lead and contribute to local P&O programs and initiatives You will be responsible for the implementation of P&O (HR) policies and guidelines, and apply these to local regulations Identify needs for change management and champion related activities Drive discussions related to cultural, workforce, and organization design changes and provide recommendationsWho are we looking for?
Multiple years of experience in HR / HR Lead capacity Qualification in Human Resources or a related field Fluency in English and Russian/Kazakh Hands-on, proactive, organized and with the ability to manage all operational elements of the role In-depth knowledge of Kazakhstan labour law, statutory obligations Familiar with industry benchmarks and HR best practices Know-how of HR systems and Operations Motivated and able to effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries and work in a cross-functional team environment Proactive, self-directed, results oriented, flexible and adaptable Strong business partnerships, relationship management and consultation skills with key stakeholders are critical to the success of this roleWhat else to know:
