Things to be:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via email (Zendesk).
• Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
• Turning potential negative customer situations into positive experiences.
• Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to customers.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or to the developers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience as measured through customer surveys.
