Job Description 1) carrying out the necessary activities for the monthly accrual and payment of stipends and travel compensations to students of educational programs of the University schools (hereinafter referred to as Students), including through the accounting system of the University; 2) carrying out activities for the proper accounting of Students in the accounting system of the University within the competence of the Unit; 3) preparing and organizing the first issue of payment cards for Students; 4) analyzing the payments of scholarships and travel compensations to Students, monitoring the corresponding receipt of funding from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as preparing a forecast for their payments for future periods; 5) participation in the processes of identification, assessment, management, monitoring of risks within the supervised area; 6) timely and high-quality execution of other instructions of the Head of the Unit and the University management within the scope of their official duties and powers; Qualifications Education: Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction; Qualifications: Priority specializations: -finance -economic -education Work experience: Experience should meet one of the following requirements: - with a master’s degree, work experience of at least 1 year in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position in international and / or national companies; or - with a bachelor’s or specialist’s degree, work experience in the specialty of at least 3 years in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position in international and / or national companies,; - or at least 2 years of work experience at the University. Additional Information Personal skills: Analytical skills, skills of drafting presentations, reports, briefing notes, interpersonal skills, punctuality, teamwork skills, ability to take decisions, set goals, and planning skills, Knowledge of Kazakh, English and Russian, ability to work with basic software package - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and 1С Accounting.
