The Job

Our client is seeking an experienced Cold Caller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to engage potential clients and schedule online meetings with our account managers. If you have a proven track record in cold calling, enjoy building strong initial connections, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
• Build rapport with clients, understand their initial needs, and guide them toward scheduling a meeting with our account managers.
• Address basic questions and objections to maintain the client’s interest.
• Accurately log client details and interactions in our CRM system.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and scheduled meetings.

The Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or telesales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
