Requirements:
Technical Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
Profound knowledge of Dynamics CRM software, including understanding its functionalities, customizations, and integrations.
Experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Dynamics CRM solutions.
Development Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML for custom development and scripting within Dynamics.
Ability to create and modify workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems.
Database Management:
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to write queries, design databases, and perform data analysis.
Understanding of data migration practices and tools associated with Dynamics CRM.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the deployment and operation of Dynamics CRM.
Skills in analyzing business processes and integrating CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Ability to provide training and support to users of Dynamics CRM systems.
Certifications (Preferred ):
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
Other relevant to CRM
Experience:
Prior experience in CRM system administration, support, or a consulting role related to Microsoft Dynamics.
