The Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association (KFICA) is seeking an External Relations Coordinator for a temporary position (1.5 years) to cover the maternity leave of the permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing analytical notes, reference materials, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Providing logistical support for FIC and KFICA events.
• Updating and maintaining the FIC/KFICA member database, including company information, organizational charts, and distribution lists.
• Assisting in the preparation of materials related to the annual KFICA membership fee.
• Drafting outgoing correspondence related to the Coordinator’s responsibilities.
• Coordinating with ongoing contractors and suppliers.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the KFICA Director and the Team.

Requirements:

• University degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in an international company or non-profit organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability in team coordination, strategic planning, and organizational management.
• Strong speechwriting skills in English and Russian.
• Proficiency in Russian, English, and Kazakh.
