Andersen, an international IT-company, invites an experienced Business/System Analyst to work on a large-scale project in the field of FinTech.

The customer is a leading payment system in Uzbekistan. It provides a wide range of services, including mobile phone top-ups, internet payments, utility bill payments, international transfers, and payments for foreign services. The service is used by more than 20 million people, and the company has 25,000 payment points across the country.

The project is the improvement of a payment system, offering users the ability to top up accounts, pay for services, and transfer money.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and documenting existing company services.
• Identifying and documenting requirements for integration processes and APIs.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional software requirements.
• Developing technical specifications for software.
• Describing the relationships between different systems and their interaction methods.
• Formalizing requirements for describing entities, relationships, and processes in the subject area using specialized notations.
• Gathering, analyzing, and describing sources of input and output data for new products and enhancements to existing products.
• Participating in the development of interactions, data processing, and storage.
• Preparing testing schemes for functionality to identify deviations from formulated business requirements for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyzing risks and causes of errors in system development.
• Generating ideas and developing technical solutions for integration interactions with external partners.
• Participating in writing external documentation for company partners.
• Participating in the development of product architectures and concepts (in collaboration with architects and team leads).

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Business/System Analyst in IT companies (Banks, Integrations, FinTech, Telecom) for 3+ years.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations.
• Experience with any BPMS.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Enterprise Architect.
• Experience in describing APIs and processes (sequence diagram, XSD, JSON-schema).
• Experience with SOAP and REST interactions.
• Understanding of message brokers (Rabbit MQ, Apache Kafka).
• Understanding of the software development and support process (SDLC) across various methodologies and approaches (Agile, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience in independently decomposing large tasks for iterative development within a team.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in system development and design.
• BI analytics experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial products in the market (acquiring, processing, insurance, etc.).
• Knowledge of related professional areas (UI/UX, Data Science, behavioral analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic testing and defect management.
