Описание

Обязанности:
  • Работа с документами;
  • Обеспечение своевременной и точной обработки инвойсов (счетов) ;
  • Отправка электронных писем ;
  • Работа с таблицами;
  • Оперативное выполнение поставленных задач и поручений руководства;
  • Работа с первичной документацией;
Требования:
  • Приветствуется образование по специальности бухгалтерский учет и аудит, финансы, экономика;
  • Уровень английского языка - Intermediate и выше;
  • Организованность и внимательность к деталям;
  • Опыт работы с цифрами и отчетами в Excel, Google Sheets ;
  • Способным планировать, организовывать, устанавливать приоритеты в работе, эффективно использовать время;
  • Уметь находить и анализировать информацию;
Условия:
  • рабочие дни 5/2,
  • с 12:00 до 21:00;
  • время занятости по времени США;
  • стабильный доход;
  • комфортный офис в центре города;
