Help build simple dashboards so managers can see operational numbers at a glance.
Organize and clean up data coming from our systems (AIMS scheduling, maintenance records, station reports) so it‘s accurate and easy to use.
Help look into why delays or irregular events happen, by digging into the data.
Put together clear, simple summaries (slides, tables, short write-ups) for management — explaining what the numbers mean, not just showing them.
Spot and flag when data looks wrong or missing, and work with the IT team to fix it.
Learn our growing data tools over time (we use BigQuery, dbt, and Tableau) — full training and support provided.
Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant field — Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Aviation, IT, or similar.
Comfortable using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data organization).
Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
Fluent in Kazakh and English.
