We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for the plants in the Fergana and Navoiy Region, Uzbekistan.
Our Industrial Gases business supports clients by providing essential gases through pipelines, tankers, and packaged cylinders. Each product is made from raw materials produced by large air separation and liquefier plants.
As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will serve as the primary maintenance and technical coordination point for Air Products facilities across Central Asia. Working closely with Plant Managers, maintenance teams, contractors, and technical specialists, you will drive plant reliability, equipment integrity, and maintenance excellence while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across operating facilities.
Plan and complete planned and emergency plant shutdowns safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Drive equipment reliability and asset integrity initiatives.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and maintenance resources to support plant operations.
Lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor maintenance benchmarks and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support maintenance budgeting and cost-control efforts.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Air Products standards and local regulations.
Support SAP/CMMS maintenance planning and reporting activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field.
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial environments such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, steel, material handling, or similar sectors.
Experience with preventive maintenance systems and maintenance planning.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English, Uzbek and Russian.
Ability to coordinate multiple collaborators and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of SAP or other CMMS systems.
Experience with maintenance budgeting and managing costs.
Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
Reliability, asset management, or shutdown planning experience.

Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
The workplace is located on the territory of the plant in Fergana, Fergana Region
When relocating to Fergana a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)
