Responsibilities:
Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment cycle for junior and trainee positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions alongside senior talent acquisition managers.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and senior talent acquisition managers to understand recruitment needs and find the best-fit candidates.
Maintain Talent Pools: Build and manage a database of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a continuous pipeline.
Optimize Recruitment Processes: Partner with the team to improve and streamline recruitment processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
Experience & Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience (1 year) as a Recruiter, ideally in a digital agency.
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software is a bonus.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
